MEET DISTRICT ATTORNEY BRAD RIGBY.

For nine years, I have served as your District Attorney with one clear priority:
protect our community and hold violent criminals fully accountable.


Public safety is not just my priority – it is my life’s work.


I have spent 25 years as a prosecutor, putting violent offenders behind bars, standing with victims, and working side-by-side with law enforcement. In this job, experience matters. I know what it takes to keep our streets safe, our schools secure, and our families protected. The safety of our families cannot be left to on-the-job training or political experiments.

I am also a man of faith, guided by a deep sense of right and wrong. That faith shapes how I serve—with compassion for victims, accountability for criminals, and integrity in every decision.


My record has earned the respect of prosecutors across Georgia. In 2024, I was honored as District Attorney of the Year statewide, have served as President of the Georgia District Attorneys’ Association, and currently serve on the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia—helping ensure tough, consistent prosecution across our state.


I regularly train prosecutors and law enforcement officers on how to build strong cases, secure convictions, and keep repeat offenders off the streets.


This job is not about politics—it’s about results. It requires experience, judgment, and the backbone to make hard decisions when public safety is on the line—because one bad decision can put a violent criminal back in our community.

I am running to continue serving as your District Attorney because our families deserve proven leadership, moral clarity, and a District Attorney who knows the job on day one because we cannot afford weak prosecution, soft-on-crime, policies or someone that requires on-the-job training.
